What will people not do. What is a crazy idea which has not yet crossed anybody's mind?

A guy has started a bidding to let anyone buy his domain name for something like 7million and one $. His sales pitch is that by buying the domain name, you can make a new world record, get your name in guiness book of records and get instant publicity. And the guy is so sure of someone buying it, that he has put up adwords ads for it.
Just a little problem mr. Wise Guy. What if someone really pays you 7mils for the domain, but after that another guy pays just a cent more to buy another domain, your clients record is broken. Oops, and all his money is wasted. Oh BTW, henceforth domain shabda.name is officially on sale. If you can offer more than that. Oh and the site is this http://www.therecordbreakingdomain.com/

Hi Shabda, thanks for signing my guest book. :) To answer your question, of course, anyone can put their domain for sale for a record-breaking amount. However, there are a few things to consider. First of all, the idea is 100% mine. None of the site’s that copied TheMillionDollarHomepage are anywhere near as successful as the original site. They only added to his success. Secondly, there’s the SHOCK factor of calling that record-breaking domain "TheRecordBreakingDomain.com". There’s something very intriguing about that...it starts to grow on you. If you saw THAT domain in the Guinness Book of World Records, wouldn't YOU be like “what the heck??” and want to go visit it? But what about business.com? You probably wouldn't visit that because there's nothing "exciting" about it. Finally, in order for a domain to sell for the record-breaking amount, it needs to generate HUGE publicity and support. That's where the real value is. If I can generate enough publicity so that everyone's at least heard of the domain, then I will have made it valuable and someone will be more keen to buy it. And that's exactly why I'm giving away $2 Million for people to help me! So, to sum it all up: Original Idea + Cool Name + SHOCK value + Massive Publicity + A lot of Support = $7,500,001.
